Information we collect

On this website: this site has no accounts, forms, advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver and secure the site.

When you pay: payments for our products are processed by Stripe, and subscriptions may be managed through RevenueCat. We receive your name, email address, billing country and postal code, the card brand and last four digits, and the details of each transaction (product, amount, date, tax, refunds). We never receive or store full card numbers or security codes.

How we use it

To process payments and subscriptions, send receipts, answer support and billing questions, prevent fraud and abuse, keep our financial and tax records, and meet our legal obligations. We don't sell personal information.

Who we share it with, and how

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business — Stripe (payments), RevenueCat (subscription management) and Vercel (website hosting) — and only what each one needs to do its job. Information moves to them over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) through their own services and APIs. We may also disclose information when required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How we protect it

Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, so card numbers never pass through our systems. Our sites are served only over HTTPS. Billing and financial records are kept in restricted, server-side systems that aren't publicly readable, and access is limited to the people who operate the studio. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and fix problems promptly.

How long we keep it

We keep payment and transaction records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and other information only as long as we need it for the purposes above.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law. For a product, use its support page or the request options in its privacy policy (linked above). For anything else, start at our support page.

Changes

We'll update the date at the top when this policy changes.
